My Banana Bread Recipe
I love banana bread in the morning with my coffee. Baking a loaf like this will last me a whole week and it’s the best waking up knowing it’s ready to eat. Below I share my recipe for how to easily bake a plant-based banana bread.

Peel 2 ripe bananas

Cut bananas into chunks in a small bowl

Mash bananas with a fork

In a larger bowl, add sugar

Then add almond milk to large bowl

Add mashed bananas to large bowl

Mix all ingredients

Add oat flour, chia seeds, baking soda, and oil to large bowl

Stir until smooth

Spoon batter into a greased loaf pan

Bake for 1 hour

Ingredients
2 very ripe bananas
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup almond milk
2 cups oat flour
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
Heat Oven to 350F
Peel bananas and mash with a fork in a small bowl
In a larger bowl, mix sugar and almond milk
Mix in the mashed bananas
Add oat flour, chia seeds, baking soda, and oil
Stir until mix is smooth and all the flour is mixed in
Spoon batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour
